Broccoli Salad

I know, food that’s good for you isn’t supposed to taste good. But here’s a great exception.
Sure, I was a little skeptical when Susan said she was bringing this salad for a family get-together, but with lots of people I figured everything would get eaten. But I was unprepared for how good this salad is, and what a hit it made with the crowd.
This is easy, fast, and delicious. Most of the time is spent getting the stuff together, but everything is at the market ready to go, now days.
INGREDIENTS
Salad:
6 cups broccoli, cut in small flowerettes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup craisins (or raisins)
3/4 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise (preferably Best Foods or Hellman’s)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
Mix the dressing and pour over the salad. That’s it. Enjoy!
