Peach Cobbler

By mid-May, our peach tree is overloaded with delicious peaches, in danger of breaking its branches if we don’t eat peaches fast enough. We also give them away to visitors. In addition to just eating them for breakfast or a snack, Mary Ann makes a quick and easy peach cobbler you should try.
INGREDIENTS
Here’s her recipe for Peach Cobbler:
3 cups peaches, chopped
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
instructions
Set aside 1/2 cup of peaches for the topping, and mix the other ingredients together. Coat a 9″ x 11″ baking dish with cooking spray and add the cobbler mixture. Top with peaches and bake in the oven for35 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Really easy and really yummy!
